"Impressive Belmont Winner"
Mister Moneypenny (Special Bond - Blooming Luck) made amends for his disappointing second up run with an outstanding victory over 1200m today at Belmont Park.

Drawn 13 at the barriers, Shane Edwards left the riding tactics to talented young apprentice Jarrad Noske and he didn't let him down. With blinkers added to the gear of the three year old gelding, Noske jumped well and was stranded wide before pressing on to the breeze, a race winning tactic. Mr Moneypenny did the rest, streaking away after doing all the work to win by three lengths in emphatic style.

Mr Moneypenny is owned by Edwards and good friend Chris Calthorpe and makes his record two wins from three starts and looks to have plenty of upside. He has been nominated for The Age Caulfield Guineas this spring in Melbourne.
